Jiménez Puerta Abogados, contributed to the structuration of the entrepreneurial salvation mechanism to avoid the crisis of the Sistema Integrado de Transporte – Metro Cali, requesting its admission to the reorganization procedure of liabilities which has allowed the system to continue with its operation.

Since the year 2003, we have advised Cedros del Valle S.A and allied companies in topics related to corporate and contractual matters, contributing permanently to their corporate evolution. Nowadays, we are also their allies in matters of environmental law.  

We contributed juridic strategies through which litigation processes were avoided among the partners of a real state project that ended up with the construction and development of one of the most important malls in the city of Cali.
